The guide and the TV in one price
WelcomeScreen sells its TV app and its mobile guidebook as separate products, so a host who wants guests to have the guide on the TV and on their phone pays for both. Bienvue's Host Plan includes the phone guide, the guide link and up to five screens per home at one flat price, and the free tier lets you build your whole guide before paying anything.
When WelcomeScreen fits
If your televisions are Fire TV or Google TV devices, or you want the screen to greet each guest by name with dates pulled from your property management system, WelcomeScreen does that today and Bienvue doesn't yet. It also offers AI messaging and a revenue share on tours booked from the screen. If you run Roku TVs and want one simple price for every screen in the home, Bienvue costs less.
Frequently asked questions
Is Bienvue cheaper than WelcomeScreen?
For one home, Bienvue's price is about the same as WelcomeScreen's TV app alone, and it includes the phone guide that WelcomeScreen sells separately. At 3 and 20 homes, Bienvue also costs less than WelcomeScreen's TV app on its own.
Does Bienvue connect to my property management system?
Not yet. Today you write your guide once in Bienvue and it stays the same between stays. WelcomeScreen already connects to Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, OwnerRez and others.
Does Bienvue support the same TVs as WelcomeScreen?
Not all of them yet. Bienvue runs on Roku today. Google TV, Apple TV, and smart TVs (Samsung, LG) are coming soon.
